The house is nothing short of stunning with the best views of the mountains that the sacred Valley has the offer. "This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. "Just phenomenal. Everything about this place is wonderful. Staff is easy to communicate with. The attention to detail is so appreciated. It's so clean and quiet. My Goodness, the beds are soft and comfortable. Having split rooms with a group was great. I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't say one bad thing about it. "

"This is a brand new facility. Some rooms are still being finished during our stay. It’s conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. After checking out on the last day of stay, they watched over our suitcases for a few hours, so we can finish the city tour. Thumbs to the Augusto the manager and his team. "

"The manager (female) of Casa Muru is so unfriendly and “Karen” like in nature that more than 5 of the neighboring restaurants, cafes, and stores warned me about her, and respectively expressed how difficult it was to communicate or cooperate with her."

"The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"Two of us stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights and couldn’t be more happy with it! After a long day trekking, coming to a room that had a rainfall shower head and fluffy sheets was truly the perfect way to unwind. The service was excellent and was very accommodating to anything we needed. The location could not be more ideal - it is placed within a block of nightlife or the Plaza de Armas where there are many beautiful and delicious dining options with views of the Cathedral. The decor was welcoming and beautiful with hot tea or coffee awaiting you to heat you up from the cold . We cannot recommend it enough !"

"This historic property is in fact a museum and a 5-star luxury hotel located across the street from the must see Qorikancha. Our experience was outstanding. Hot tea in the lobby. A baby lima in the plaza by the restaurant. Outstanding service with people waiting to assist you everywhere you go. The restaurant provides excellent food, with lovely, soothing live music. The buffet breakfasts had all the high quality offerings one could hope for. The room was plush and luxurious (even if a bit small), with beds one sinks into, plush first rate robes, towels, bedding and pillows, hot showers. Don't miss the free tour of the hotel at 5p, done by a very accomplished young man who provided a lot of information one would not have gotten otherwise. It ended with a moving Inka ceremony of music and dance. After 10 days in a series of nice but simple hotels in Pisac, Ollantaytambo and Machu Picchu, it was nice to enjoy the comforts of the Palacio for 3 nights, while seeing the sights in Cusco."
