「Stayed there 4 days for business, picked this hotel as the location is convenient to visit several hospitals.
The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in, women hairs were found here and there. I phoned the front desk, they sent a staff holding broom and dustpan and asked me where the dirt was. I was speechless and requested him to vacuum the room.
There were stains on coffee mugs.
The light in shower was too dim, they changed the light bulb only the third day of my stay.
My room was...

「The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful.」

「夜班staff super friendly and make me feel geniuenly welcomed.
