「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」

「The hotel was excellent with comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was superb and plentiful with an array of choices. The restaurant served the most amazing Indian food that my wife and I have ever tasted. Variety of wine was great but the Gin and whisky choices was out of this world. Finally all the staff could not be more helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We will be back.」

「Loved this place. It’s like staying on a 21st century titanic but with out the fuss of icebergs and sinking. The view from our room was amazing. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were fantastic. We loved the little museum a fascinating insight into the history of the hotel. Special mention to the staff behind the Stags head bar (x2 Australian lasses and 1 super happy lass from a Balkan country ❤️」
