“We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. It really shows the pride taken in running this lovely B&B. Best we have stayed at and we have stayed in many over the years. Thanks again Greg and Sue……

“A beautiful property in lush grounds. Our room (no. 15) looked over the garden. Wonderful big shower with good power. Just off the main high street made it very quiet. Fab breakfast too to set you up for the day walking around the area.”

“What a fantastic place. Comfy bed, fantastic shower and a nice big tv. Plenty tea, coffee, biscs and bottles of water in the room. Added bonus, the breakfast room is set up with same level of refreshments, all day, much appreciated after a walk up from the town in the evening. It said in the write up with Expedia that only a continental breakfast is included, this is not the case, a cooked breakfast is also available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have……

“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”

“The room was humid and only one window opened. It was surprising that the room was not cooled down before arrival. The fan provided was small and insufficient for the room size. The carpets smelled like soap and the staff were not accommodating to our needs.”

“Excellent service, I highly recommend staying here! Very clean and quiet, close to the city center and the staff were so nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast as well! Best Scottish breakfast I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the price!”
