“No housekeeping for my three night stay. I was not informed that you had to ask for housekeeping. Covid has been gone for a long time. Rooms should be serviced daily like they use to be. Breakfast eggs were not good. On one morning bacon and the tater totes containers were empty. A staff person came by checked and left they did not refill them and I did wait a few minutes to see if they would .”

I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her, And she changed……

11. Hancock Village Inn Near Jiminy Peak

“Our stay at the Hancock Village Inn was spectacular! We rented the Inn for my daughter’s graduation from Williams College. The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms meant our entire extended family could comfortably stay together. The fully (yes- fully!) stocked kitchen allowed us to cook for our large group easily. Working with the Tafe family was wonderful–they really do go above and beyond! John allowed me a tour the house when I was up visiting my daughter in advance of our stay–so kind!……
