"We enjoyed our stay at The Whymper. The area was easy to find from the bus station. Reception members were polite and informative. Our room was as described and very clean. Breakfast was adequate and nicely laid out. We would stay again if in the area. "

"We had a wonderful stay! Philip, the host, was absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and genuinely funny. He made the experience feel really personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. There’s on-site parking, which is a huge bonus, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended!"
