“Très joli hotel de montagne. Nous aurions apprécié un peu + d'explication lors de l'arrivée (spa ? bar? restauration?). Une borne électrique serait également bien. Surtout étant donné que les 9 du parking principal de Chamonix étaient en panne. ”

“Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently. The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.”

“Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather……
