Kids Spring Break

This property was absolutely amazing. It was more than expected, the rooms were big and spacious, the neighborhood was clean and quiet, the pool area was clean and the kids enjoyed themselves. I will definitely recommend this property for a vacation!

Very out dated property

One of the beds was ridiculous!You could only sleep on one half of the bedThe other side slanted down so badly It was ridiculous!Kitchen was very well equipped!Pool was ice coldNo longing outside pool furniture!Pool was dirty When checking inIt was so darkWe could not see the address from the street Or from the driveway!We finally had to get out of our car And use our cell phone to look for an address Very limited towelsThankfully we could do laundry To wash the few towels that were there.Location was very convenient

Work Trip

I came into town with my wife for a job. We picked this house because of the pool. We never received a welcome pack with the code for the house, so after calling the contact number several times and messaging them on the VRBO app, we finely received the code while sitting outside in the rain. Apparently the host just forgot to send it. The pool and outdoor area in general were dirty.

Overall not a terrible stay

Overall not a terrible stay.. It served its purpose. The pool is nice and the owner was nice. However, I was surprised to see how dirty the house looked and felt.. the walls, baseboards, door handles. You can tell it's not cleaned properly or often. It's not the experience I expected to have with Vrbo. Like I said, it served its purpose, gave us a place to sleep, but I would not choose to book another stay."

TLC needed

Great location from where we needed to be and cost was appropriate for quality. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. Lipstick left on glasses, pool, dust thru out but very noticeable in kitchen and laundry room. We got what we paid for, but place could be so much better.

Good and needs some TLC

The location is great. So while the beds were comfortable the posted pictures are from many moons ago. There was a missing smoke detector in the hallway off the secondary bedrooms to boot. Carpet is stained and covered with small rugs which proved to be a tripping hazard. Prior comments mentioned a deep cleaning was necessary and I concur.

This is not a Ranch

First, the home is in a Deed Restricted Community which was fine but advertised as a Ranch. House needs a lot of love. It’s clean but carpets are worn and stained, TV’s need replacing. 3 remotes needed for the master bedroom TV. Beds are not comfortable. Owner asked us to have our car out of the driveway one morning so they could access the garage. Someone obviously came in and trashed this house at some point based on all the rules provided in the kitchen. Not worth the money. Stay in a hotel.

The house was in a great location and clean. It does need some updating. Photos are definitely older. The pool was a great thing to have on lazy days. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and it was more than enough space for our family.

Memorial Day Weekend stay

We stayed in this home over the holiday weekend for a friends wedding. We mainly chose it because our friends live just a few doors down. I was a bit skeptical due to some of the reviews about cleanliness and they we right. For the most part the inside was ok. The beds were fine and clean as were the linens. The inside could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. What was the greatest disappointment was the backyard. The lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks and there was green mold all over the pool surround and vinyl fence. It was not inviting at all the want to enjoy the pool. The house has such potential, it just needs a little TLC.
