「Place was just as advertised. Great house boat.We didn’t stay. Left after 2 hours.A/C does not work in the bedroom, and the unit on the North bulkhead isn’t enough to cool the entire boat. There was a portable unit in the bedroom. It cooled for 2-3 minutes and blew room temp air after that.Original units don’t workHad friends check it 24 hours after we leftBedroom was very warm, livingroom ok」

「We had to drive through high water on road and parking lot to get in due to king tide. Their optional parking and dirt path was not accessible for my motorized scooter I use due to disability. Room was as advertised with beautiful views and accessible. Elevator and hallways need attention from cleaning crew. Room was clean and well equipped. Balcony chairs not handicap accessible had to use kitchen chair.」

「The property was listed exactly how it was presented, very clean and comfortable, the rooms were spacious and very easy to maneuver, the kitchen was very well organized and stocked with all the cookware and utensils to make it very homey, compared to what you would pay for a hotel, this is hands down the best way to stay in the keys. 「Our first time in Florida! It was a great location and private beach access was perfect, complete with pier and wildlife sightings (lizards and hermit crabs) Clean room with all the amenities. Had a hiccup with the door code but our room contact was prompt to help and make sure everything went ok. Balcony view was awesome! Private community was quiet and safe to walk around. We loved it!」

「The property was exactly as advertised. The apartment was clean and spacious and had a great view. The location was central to everything we had planned for our trip. The in-room washer and dryer were very convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool after a day out. We appreciated the guidebook that was prepared in advance. We are hoping to return at the same time next year. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I highly recommend this property」
