“There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! ”

“Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time ”

“Great stay, coffee at the lobby was delicious. Only a mile away from the beach. Very friendly staff and breakfast was amazing. ”

“I booked a room for two nights during spring break for my family—4 person with two beds and a sofa in the room pictures online, at about double the hotel’s normal rate $745. We arrived around midnight on March 19 after a long day of driving and playing at Busch Gardens. You can imagine how disappointed my daughters were when they saw the “bayside view” from our window. The window looked out directly onto a wall, the curtain wouldn’t move, and the view was completely blocked—more like a storage……

“Our first visit to Siesta Key was amazing and the Azul Resort was the perfect spot to enjoy all the area has to offer. The cottage was newly renovated, fresh, clean and beautiful! Easy access to the local trolley. The management staff at Azul was responsive to every request and made our stay enjoyable!”

“All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!”

“I booked a room with a roll in shower yet the hotel knew at the time that the appropriate room was already booked and never told me. Manager (3/18 a.m.) at the front desk rather impolitely said we our franchise and not responsible for what Marriott corporate does. Other front desk staff were very nice and try to be accommodating.”

“Great little place! Had some plumbing issues but fixed quickly. Then had to relocate to a different room. Shaun was quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure!”
