"Too awful experience as a foreigner traveller. If you are not Chilean, never book or stay here since they will ask for additional VAT which is much above 19% that is stated in Chilean law. All other accommodations in Chile give you exemption of VAT, 19%, if you pay with foreign debit or credit cards in addition to PDI visa proofs.
