"The hotel is amazing. I am not going back because we depend in the flight hours and hour flight was at 5:30pm, so we need to do a late check out and we try to negotiate with the hotel to deliver the rooms and just continue in the installations and they said that is not possible. We can just stay at the lobby without meals or drinks. They want to charge around $50 USD per person if we want to eat or drink. Flight hours are not in our hands. They should be more flexible. Thank you "

"My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back. "

    "The service was exceptional. The breakfast omelets were fabulous. Rosa in animation was enthusiastic! Abigail and Gina in reception were delightfully welcoming. Julian and Jesus were terrific bellboys. Itzel was pleasant and helpful with assorted issues. Although there are a couple of new bicycles, they still need MORE new bicycles. The air conditioning was a blessing as it was particularly humid this visit. The beach was super clean and the lounge chairs and umbrellas were great for sunbathing and enjoying the days and the sunsets. I always thoroughly enjoy my stays at Hotel Emporio and I will continue to do so on future visits. The staff is dedicated to making everything wonderful for me as a guest and I truly appreciate all of their smiles and kind gestures in serving me. "
