「What a lovely, unexpected surprise the Rio Ason was. First and foremost, the staff are amazing. From arrival Anna and rest of the team were so helpful, and genuinely friendly and happy to chat. The hotel itself is great - clean, quiet and modern, good sized room, secure off street parking, and a fantastic breakfast buffet. Ramales itself is a great little local town too, lots of lovely walks in the surrounding hills (and caves!), and a huge selection of local bars for refreshment...

「Hola, vuelvo a exponer el tema ya que no lo han entendido. 1-Hice la reserva por su página hoteles.com en el Hotel San Emeterio de Isla , unicamente porque admitían perros. 2-Nos presentamos el 25 de agosto en dicho establecimiento y nos deniegan la entrada porque no admiten perros, dejándonos en la calle y sin buscarnos una solución. 3-En su página de hoteles.com indica claramente que se admiten mascotas, lo cual es publicidad engañosa. El establecimiento por su parte nos denegó la entrada sin...
