「Great Hotel, one of my favorites! I’ll be back !」

「Paid for the all inclusive package. Room and amenities were good. Customer service was also good - all the staff are friendly and willing to help. The spa and rooftop pool were very nice. However, avoid the excursion desk because they overcharge by a lot! Breakfast was the only good meal here. The A la Carte dinners were a disappointment - tasteless and little flavour. Add some herbs and spices!!」

「It was a great experience! I would say that rooms need an update. The was water leak in the bathroom, our phone shower wouldn’t stay in its place, and there were tiny ants crawling around the bathroom sink. With all that said, room wad clean and we had a comfortable bed. I liked the private pool in our area.」

「This is a five star resort in every sense of the word. Will return at the earliest possible opportunity. Staff is excellent and receptive to any request. Food is wonderful, with variety of cuisines - staff flexible to dietary requests. A++++」

「Be aware, when you book and pay booking, there’s no mention of a $250 security deposit. You get that notice days before check in. You’re told it will be returned after 48hrs (2 days). I checked out Sunday morning after only staying on the property 12 hours, AND DEPOSIT HAS STILL NOT BEEN RETURNED. The place is good, location is great, communication is lackluster, and the elevators weren’t working during our stay either. Luggage was dragged up the stairs.」

「Good stay for a few days at this hotel in Playa del Carmen in early June to decompress after diving both on Cozumel and the cenotes south of Playa. Nice location in the middle of a lot of activity — shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But the room was quiet and not noisy at all. The hotel is a few blocks off the ocean but beach activites this time of year are undermined by seaweed infestation. 「This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. There was no blackout curtain to the large sliding door to the balcony. There...
