「Unfortunately, the elevator broke half way through our stay. It appeared to be the only one in the hotel. As someone who has a bad knee it was very difficult to go up and down several flights of stairs all day. Also, didn’t like that there were only ladders to get in the pool. Several elderly people at this resort and watched many of them struggle getting in and out. The food was fantastic and the room was clean.」

「Nothing special about this resort definitely not worth your time or money. Upon arrival you’re hit with astronomical “resort fees” expect to pay an insane amount of money when you get there. Nobody can tell you what these hidden fees are STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE. One place to eat with reservation only. No night entertainment, beach is disgusting, they “clean” it but not really. Ran out of water so it smelled horrible.」

「Good stay for a few days at this hotel in Playa del Carmen in early June to decompress after diving both on Cozumel and the cenotes south of Playa. Nice location in the middle of a lot of activity — shops, restaurants, bars, etc. But the room was quiet and not noisy at all. The hotel is a few blocks off the ocean but beach activites this time of year are undermined by seaweed infestation. (The seaweed problem is especially bad south of the Cancun hotel strip to Tulum sometimes beginning as early...
