"Everything was great. We stayed for 6 days. The staff was helpful, the room was clean, the air conditioning worked awesome. The pool was good. There were a couple great restaurants a couple blocks away. The only thing I would mention is that the power did go out for a few hours one day we were there, which was a minor inconvenience. It was out while we were getting ready for the day."

"La piscina estaba muy hermosa ,todo está muy lujoso, cuenta con todas las comodidades, por la noche se mira espectacular la vista, de hecho todo funcionaba muy bien, todo muy limpio, el personal es muy atento todo el tiempo me estuvieron ayudando muy amables, me encanta cada detalle que tienen dentro de él los cuadros los asientos toda la decoración del interior y el exterior, y tiene una vista muy hermosa, definitivamente me volveré a quedar en un futuro con ellos"

"Loved this place! I traveled solo and stayed for 5 nights. Great location. Loved the atmosphere. Loved being able to walk out of my room to pool. It was rather noisy though. Not any soundproofing between rooms. Also, in order for the A/C and fridge to work you have to leave your door key inserted in a box to make the power stay on. This was annoying because when you get back to room it’s hot and fridge is hot. They told me to leave the key in to keep the power on which I did but had to have them open my door everytime I got back. It’s a smart idea the way they do the power though. Just kind of a pain if you like a cold room when you get back."

"I would have given a 4 star but I had some inconveniences since I arrived. First, when I reserved my friend also reserved a room. I called and ask them if they could give us rooms next to each other. The guy was very nice and told me we were going to be next to each other. Once I arrived I had to wait at the lobby tired after two planes because the guy was busy. Once he arrived he gave me a room on the first floor with terrace to the street, not nice view. I told him about being next to my friend and he said they were full. Then, I went to the room and the lock of double doors going to the terrace did not lock. He was able to fix it before going to bed. Then, I wanted to take a shower. The water coming out from the shower head was hitting the back wall and very little water was coming down. In the morning I had to shower again with very little water. I went to the front and they told me they could give me another room after 12:00 pm. I left my things in my friend’s room and we left. The second room was great, it had view to their garden that it is nice. Nice terrace too. I like the hotel and where it is located, walking distance everywhere, I think they can improve their lobby chairs because one or them has a hole. There was trash at the entrance and on the side. The lady that clean the second room did a great job. It has a nice small kitchen with everything you need to cook. I would go back to this hotel only if they could give me a room with terrace looking at the garden."
