不滿：整潔度、登記入住、聯絡溝通、地點和房源資料準確度
First of all the information regarding directions were misleading. I have received an email with address link which was showing completely different address. I also received ph number to concierge, called tens of times before arrival, during the stay, sent text messages - no one never responded. After 2,5 hours of circleing around we finally found the place. There was no internet since beginning to the end, no tv, one of the bedrooms had non working ac remote, dirty floor, no hot water first day. Cell reception is very bad in the area. We couldn't arrange or plan anything without internet. Unfortunately for us during our stay weather in states forced airlines to cancel hundreds of flights. Only 3 of us were able to fly back. After my return home I was able to rebook tickets for remaining 3 members of our group. 2 of them are coming back tomorrow ( Jan 27th ) and last one will fly back on Wednesday Jan 28th. This trip for some of us is not over yet. I am on the computer since I have returned home trying to organize things which we could have been organized yesterday from the place we stayed. ( I forgot about ants in the apartment, dirty pool, very dangerous stairwell ) This place isn't even 50% in real comparing to what they advertise. I do not know if I can request refund. I would have contact you earlier unfortunately without internet access it wasn't possible.
