"The staff was great, breakfast included was amazing and the restaurant onsite was a plus did not have to worry about lunch or dinner. Great access to the beach right across the street and the area was quiet.. The room was clean except a shower head that needed changing."

"My 2 week stay was great staying here the location was ideal the grounds were well maintained the staff, very friendly and helpful hotel car service was top notch = on time for pickup and my return to airport stopping at his recommended soda for breakfast i plan on returning in March I never wrote a review but this hotel i felt needed to be publicly appreciated "

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The property is in serious need of renovation, with many things visibly falling apart. "We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "
