“Very friendly staff ”

“Pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom. The condo was well designed with large terrace - perfect for the gorgeous view. Kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook meals and there was plenty of storage for clothing and personal belongings. Infinity pool was spectacular along with plenty of seating options. Communication at the resort and across the 3 Abama resorts could be improved. We had called the front desk to verify we could have dinner at The Ritz Carlton only to……

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

Die luxuriöse Ausrichtung hat man in jedem Detail gespürt, angefangen von unserem Swim-up Pool-Zimmer für Erwachsene, das eine wunderbare Ruhe bot. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche Personal. Von früh bis spät waren sie alle unglaublich engagiert und zuvorkommend, vom Restaurant-Team über das Housekeeping bis zur Rezeption. Das Essen war fantastisch, die Zimmer waren neu und makellos gepflegt, sogar……

“A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time. We would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“Beautiful setting and overall a relaxing stay at Bahía del Duque. The pools are stunning, the staff incredibly friendly, and the resort grounds are lovely. However, the kids club could definitely be improved — it wasn’t very engaging — and the cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t quite up to 5-star standard. While the charm is there, the hotel is starting to show its age and could benefit from a renovation soon. Still, a solid option for a sunny escape in Tenerife.”
