Wifi que no falla, cama cómodas, agua caliente, calefaccion y no se escucha ruido alguno; el desayuno sencillo pero suficiente y rico; y si sales a tour mas temprano te preparan un lunch para que lleves lo que es super bueno. La atencion de Matias y su familia es maravillosa, son personas que te hacen sentir cómodo desde que llegas, mucha calidez humana. Es un buen lugar para llegar. 」

「Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed 」

「網上評級非常高，感到有點中伏！閘門關上，又沒有門鈴，想打電話搵人，擾攘一陣，職員來開門，仲覺得點解自己唔伸手入閘開門！房間在一樓要行樓梯！房間偏細、沒有景觀可言！有一陣濃濃怪味（事後，我估當地清潔劑/spray…. 因為之間改住另一間，亦有少少類似怪味）早餐6點開始，方便去百內國家公園或join local tour. 」

「Amazing service! We had booked a shuttle to take us to the airport and they forgot about us. When I told the front desk they called and complained on our behalf and got our taxi fare covered by the company. Above and Beyond! Besides that, great homey breakfast, luggage storage, comfy bed and hot shower. Was worried it might be noisy, but not at all. There's also a shared space to leave/take supplies for your trek, including stove fuel.」
