「The owners are excellent. They attend to any requests. They speak many languages. Rooms are clean, quiet, with fan and air conditioning The property beach is lovely. If walk down to the fishing village unfortunately it is littered with garbage and animal feces. Sadly this is present in many countries. Hopefully with time and education this global problem of pollution will be solved. But the hotel is very relaxing and tranquil with lovely owners. Food is perfection!!!!」

「I stayed there for four nights, only let them do the housekeeping one time, and after the housekeeping, two towels missed! And they said I stole that! They forced me to pay for those two towels even they got no evidence! The attitude is so bad, the breakfast is so bad, the swimming pools are not clean, and it's not close to the best part of the beach. They even double charge me for the dinner, which is totally like robbery. Think twice ice before you book this hotel, it's not worthy!」

「We have stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 children under 8) and as a couple, and it was perfection both times. The staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing, the pool is stunning, and waking up to nothing but the sound of the river and birds was complete bliss. It’s extremely close to the entrance of Parque Tayrona, and a short drive to waterfalls. I have recommended this hotel to anyone who will listen. It is by far my favourite hotel in Colombia. 」
