「Clean, comfortable room in good condition with nice bath and shower, the kitchenette is a very nice perk, filtered water free of charge, awesome rooftop pool with a very good bar/grill, delicious complimentary made to order breakfast. The staff is super friendly. I liked the central location - very walkable to the malecon and shopping, restaurants and bars. The beach is ok, and it's right there and as others have noted you can hear the waves. If you want a better beach experience you can Uber...

「Due to unfortunate circumstances we were not able to stay in the room we had originally booked with zona z but they were extremely accommodating and helped us arrange something else! We were completely taken care of and during a time that could have been stressful they made it very stress free and easy! Great hospitality for their customers! 」

They don't let guests come to your room including massage therapists. I've never seen that before. The gym is really lovely. 」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」
