While this home is not advertised as ADA compliant it’s not far off. Only 2 short steps to enter the house, main floor is very open with everything needed and accessible for a person with limited mobility. Only one short step down to the deck with grill, hot tub, awning overlooking a very private property with firepit. Hot tub is in great condition and very clean....

Property is in a private wooded area across the street from Hermit Lake with a short walk access. Did not realize when I rented the place has two living units, where a care-taker (owner's father) lives in the basement unit. Very friendly person and helped source logs for the outside firepit. Grateful for the flashlights that were provided when a thunderstorm came by and took...
