Great Property

We loved the house! Probably one of our favorites that we have stayed in while visiting the Poconos. Lots of space and privacy. The deck area was a family favorite. This house is part of the Arrowhead Lake Community and you have access to all amenities however it is not “behind the gates” of the community. It’s right outside the main entrance. This was not 100% clear in the property description. Overall, the house was very clean and was stocked well (hand soap, dish soap,shampoo, etc) I did however notice a dirty dish or 2 in the cabinets. I would definitely recommend this house and we’ll probably rent again in the future.

Great place...with a little more attention to details

Beautiful property and site. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Quiet location and a charming "house in the woods". That said, while the hospitality details were appreciated some property and cleaning details were a bit lacking. Some examples:*Cleaning service missed a few obvious items - dirty dishes were put away in the cabinet; downstairs toilet was not cleaned & a soiled blanket was left out on the couch*Drain plug in master bathroom vanity leaked underneath - water pouring through when you tried to stop the sink. Cleaned it up ourselves.*New shelf in the master bath is a nice touch but finish the job- pls repair and paint the drywall anchor holes from the prior shelf.*Three butter knives in the entire house?*Deck needs a fresh coat of paint and will soon need a soft board replaced.Like I said, a beautiful place that would be a five star rating with a little bit more polish.
