「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy」

「My husband and I booked this condo for a little weekend getaway in Branson. We were really impressed with the space and we enjoyed staying here. The couches in the living room were very comfortable, the condo was very clean, and it even has a washer & dryer! Our only note would be that the shower makes a high pitched noise due to the water pressure and the heat at a certain setting. But, we’d definitely stay at this condo again. John was super helpful and communicative. Thank you!」
