「Check in was great except I wish they would have told me the day prior I had to submit a payment method and photo ID via text because they called/texted while I was driving the whole day prior to arrival. Room was spotless and amenities were great (fridge, table, charging stations, wine key, TV options, location). Bathroom had no toilet paper to be found upon check in, but I had a box of tissues in the car, so I made it work.」

「I booked a last minute mini trip with my 3 girls at the end of their spring break. It was amazing. Great location, newly renovated room. So close to the beach and perfect distance to the boardwalk.」

「Honestly, it was a great place to stay! Very clean, staff was great, parking was good, no issues with the neighbors and overall great experience. Would reserve again. Highly recommend this spot. 」

「Parking was fine stores and attractions were nearby. Looked a room with a queen bed when I arrived was told that it was not available and that it was first come first served. Was not offered any sort of discount due to inconvenience of my wife and I having two separate beds in the room things were worn out and outdated the establishment needs more upkeep painting and clean up. And apparently more housekeepers because it was also shortage of rooms due to a housekeeper being out for a day. Room...

「The room did not have any outlets near the bad to charge electronic devices. The exterior lighting in the hallways did not and it was extremely dark at night on the stairwells and in front of the room doors. 」

「Amazing staff. Super kind and helpful. We had a small issue with a neighbor who was hard of hearing and shouting to communicate, but front desk moved us to a new right away. The pool was nice and warm and the area was clean. Breakfast was really good. The area was super clean. Our room could have been vacuumed better but that was the only complaint. It was a quick 20 minute drive to Point Pleasant. I definitely plan to stay here again when visiting Point Pleasant! 」

「Really relaxing stay」

「The hotel was fine until my niece unexpectedly got sick in the middle of the night I had approached the front desk staff about cleaning supplies to take care of the mess myself they only had Lysol wipes then decided to charge me over $100 to supposedly replace the carpet piece where they said they could not get the stain out! Completely ridiculous! And total b.s! Carpet cleaning would have gotten this taken care of it was not that bad!」
