"Hotel was clean and close to parkway and restaurants. Put request in for high floor at time of reservation. Given room on first floor and told no high floors available. Checked in at 4:20 PM. Short stay in room after check in due to event to attend. When returned later in the evening noticed the television, alarm clock, and usb ports were all unplugged with wires on top of dresser. Could not move dresser to plug in. Also noticed no wash cloths in bathroom. I’m travel a lot and not the one to complain, but sometimes the little things add up. Have someone check the rooms before they are occupied."

"This hotel is rated a 7 for a reason. The location is okay. The new renovations were a "landlord special" ... new cabinets & flooring. But it was poorly done and it shows. The walls are dirty and have holes. They patched the tub walls with differnt tiles and the tub fauset is unsecured and they just used culk to hold it...it didnt hold and wiggles so much. The breakfast was not good. The pool was in nice condition tho."

"We were welcomed by very friendly staff. Our room was as described, incredibly comfortable, and convenient with a fantastic view. While the area isn't the "safest" to walk to the downtown area, it really is convenient to downtown Red Bank. As it is wedding season, the hotel was incredibly busy, but that did not prevent the staff from being exceptionally attentive and helpful. I highly recommend The Oyster Point Hotel for a comfortable convenient stay in Red Bank."

"Check in was a breeze and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. I traveled to Jersey for work and my trip became negative because check out clearly states 12 pm. I left for work in the early morning and DID NOT CHECK OUT. I made it back to the room before check. My plan to sleep and shower before my travel home. When I got there someone had been in there. The sheets and pillows thrown all over the. The bathroom half cleaned. My water bottle still there. When I went downstairs the girl who checked me out asked housekeeping. Housekeeping said they knocked and since no one answered she assumed I was not coming back and was starting the cleaning processor. I was offered no compensation for being forced to check out early , no other room to Atleast shower or even the ability to go back into the one I had. All I was told sorry and would you like your receipt. I travel all the time for work and have never been forced to check out early."
