“Accueil terrible ! Je pense avoir été victime de racisme ! Des gérants blancs et une clientèle visiblement blanche… A ma grande surprise, je n’ai pas pu bénéficier de ma réservation. Lorsque je suis arrivée à la réception de cet auberge pour le Check in, le gérant m’a indiqué avec impolitesse et avec une attitude dénigrante, hautaine et déplacée qu’il n’a jamais fait affaire avec Expedia mais uniquement avec EBooking. Il a ajouté qu’il s’agit certainement d’une fraude et qu’il ne pouvait rien……

“We kregen bij aankomst een kamer met meerdere gebreken (niet net/lekkende airco/geen vliegenraam/toilet niet proper/geen stromend water). We hebben de dag nadien meteen een andere kamer gekregen: een droomkamer aan zee! Zalig! Het personeel was vriendelijk en stond meteen voor ons klaar. Eten: schitterend buffet!! Ligging: een echte aanrader! Familiehotel: We gaan graag naar rustige hotels, dit was het eerste familiehotel dat we hebben uitgeprobeerd. Het was er heel rustig tijdens ons verblijf.……
