“Zuerst die hauptsächlich positiven Dinge. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Das Apartm. mit 2 Schlafz. war schön eingerichtet u. ansprechend. Hatte auch genug Stauraum. Super fanden wir, dass wir schon vor 15 Uhr rein konnten. Sie haben in der Stadt in der Strasse Bailen eine Réception. Nun zu den negativen Punkten. Als wir reinkamen sahen wir Staubknäuel am Boden. Die Mitarbeiterin sagte, dass sie gleich jemanden schicke. Zeitnah kam dann auch eine Reinigungsfrau. Diese fragte uns, wo die……

“The stay was very nice. Its a clean and well kept hostel/hotel. The rooms where cleaned every day and it was very much spotless. I enjoyed the breakfast: strong good coffee, fresh pressed orange juice and croissants. I even had greek yoghurt some days.
There are plenty of small nice restaurants in the town of El Altet, just 1-2 streets up from Hostal Pensimar so food was all around - and a grocery store as well. The beach is 20 min walk away, a great way to start the day with fresh air, waking……

“Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room!
I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation.
We filed for refund later, they lied……
