“Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.”

“Cleaning staff did not clean the room on the Saturday when requested. No variety in the Breakfast buffet offer across a 7 day period and not hot enough. Bits of litter across different parts of the hotel, small bag left for 3 days near lift.”

“高級旅館的定價，卻只有商務旅館的品質，地點略遜(離沙灘與主要觀光地區略遠)，標準房的配備與大小都很商務，早餐也僅聊備一格，菜色選擇過少，游泳池更是小到不行”

“This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.”

“Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag.……

“Breakfast was average at best - if all items were available it would have been ok. But mostly things were not replenished in reasonable time , staff lady was pleasant but either had too much to do or not organised.”

“heel leuk tof hotel, dicht aan zee.. personeel heel vriendelijk.. kamers mijn persoonlijkheid.. betreft poetsen ..wordt niet zo goed gepoetst.. te vlug willen doen of te weinig personeel.. na het poetsen..geen stof verwijderd,..of vlug vloer overgaan.. plinten veel stof, terasje mag ook eens meegenomen worden ..poetsen.. Het is een hotel met minder sterren.. maar hygiëne moet er altijd zijn ..mijn mening .. Klein terasje ..stond geen stoeltjes en tafeltje.. een aanrader voor alle……
