"The information about the hotel said onsite parking options include a garage. This was NOT true. We had to park 200+ meters away in a public garage and pay to park. Very expensive garage! Handheld shower head was broken."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "What a lovely place to stay in Zakopane! Our host is very gracious, the accommodation is cozy, very functional and super convenient to get to the center of Zakopane by foot. Would highly recommend this gem of a place. "

"Lovely area for skiing, hiking, and biking. We really enjoyed this hidden resort area. Unfortunately, it was just a one night stop for us, on our drive across Poland. Lovely restaurant, good breakfast service. We probably would have rated it as “Excellent” if we would have stayed there for at least several days. Overall, it was great to get there, highly recommended!"
