「Das Zimmer war sauber, aber weder Fernseher noch Klimaanlage funktionierten richtig. Es gab in drei Nächten keine Zimmerreinigung, keinen Handtuchwechsel, keine Leerung der Mülleimer. Once I made my reservation that was non refundable, I received a message from the hotel say that the restaurant will be close at 6PM.
