"Do not let the nice lobby fool you—this is absolutely not a 4-star experience. Our 2-night stay was incredibly disappointing due to poor cleanliness and lack of maintenance. The Issues: The Odor: The room smelled heavily of stale cigarettes. The front desk had no alternative rooms and offered only to spray perfume. Poor Cleanliness: The sink was full of uncleaned gunk. Lack of Maintenance: A baseboard was completely detached from the wall, and the shower floor was rusted and peeling. We had to leave by 8:00 AM for pre-paid activities, making it impossible to sit down with a manager as instructed. The hotel offered a €120 refund, which didn't even cover half of one night. We cut our losses and left, but we will never recommend this hotel"

"Here’s a polished review you can use: I recently stayed at Ibis Milano Centro and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great central location, only about a 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it easy to explore the city and travel around Milan. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, which was very convenient. The rooms are small, but they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a city stay.One of the biggest advantages is the availability of shuttle buses to Malpensa Airport for only €10 per person. This made getting to the airport easy and affordable, especially for early flights. Overall, I would definitely recommend Ibis Milano Centro for its excellent location, cleanliness, convenience, and good value for money."

Le personnel à la réception est accueillant, professionnel et efficace. Un gros coup de cœur pour les nombreux extras inclus : tout le contenu du minibar est gratuit (boissons et friandises), tout comme les collations et boissons offertes à la réception. De plus, jusqu’à 22 h, un généreux buffet d’apéritif est servi gratuitement avec tapas, bouchées variées et même du vin. Une attention exceptionnelle que nous n’avions jamais vue ailleurs ! L’emplacement est également excellent, à deux pas du métro. Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrions avec plaisir. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Good location right next to the metro and choice of buses. Outside of thr building didn't look great but inside it has been converted really well. We had the bonus of a balcony complete with furniture. Bit noisy because of the road but was a bonus we didn't expect. Staff are really helpful, maps advice etc.. We stored our luggage both before check in and after check out. Mini fridge in the room. A kettle would have been great. Breakfast was typical continental. Overall I would recommend the hotel"

"We arrived and my husband was not feeling well so I asked front desk where I could get soup. Apparently soup is hard to come by in Milano 😂 so they offered to make him a soup, even though it was not on their menu. That was amazing! The young lady in the restaurant (Adele) as well as ALL of front desk personnel were so kind and attentive. Would absolutely go back."
