“Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). Even made scrambled eggs for me upon request from farm eggs. Our room was spacious and had attached washroom. Overall the place was very neat and……

“We had an excellent stay here. The hotel is convenient. The breakfast is outstanding and the hotel is in walking distance to everything. We went to the mineral pools at night which were fantastic. We also walked around Furnas lake and paid 26 Euros( for two people )to park there and then go to the waterfall hike which was well worth it. “The pool is not heated and even the kids had difficulty swimming at the end of June. Beach is nice to walk on. Did not go in the water. Jellyfish on the beach. The food is ok, not many options for kids and strong on fish (with lots of bones still in). Water is not included with dinner, so a minimum of 5 euros for a bottle. Hotel is a bit dated. Music in the hallways on speakers start at 7am. The grounds are nice and well maintained. The check in staff was nice and the kids enjoyed the flavored……
