This property is in the heart of Lagoa. Very good location, near beaches downtown, good restaurants. Nice view from the balcony. Very good breakfast.

Great value if looking for a clean, basic hotel. Newer showers, however, there were some apparent leaks from floor above. Breakfast included each morning which was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If street noise is an issue, that can be a problem with the loud cars or motorcycles coming by occasionally if windows are open.

Das kleine Hotel bietet alles, was man für einen aktiven Urlaub braucht: Ruhe, guten Frühstück, eigenen Parkplatz. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man gibt hier sich wirklich Mühe, den Gästen eine erholsame Aufenthalt zu gestalten! Klare Empfehlung von uns!!!

Nice and quaint hotel, simple but ok for a few days. Beware, no elevator and no room safe. Walls are very thin and rooms are small. Airconditioning was excellent and so were the beds. Staff is super nice and very accommodating. Parking was a bit tight, but as long as you get there before dinner time you’ll be able to score a spot behind the hotel, otherwise good luck finding street parking. Lovely restaurant at the waterfront and nice spot to have an evening stroll along the water

Es ist ein kleines Hotel. Das Frühstück überschaubar. Dennoch gibt es alles. Wir hatten uns Salmonellen eingefangen, dass Personal hat toll reagiert. Wir bekamen einen Wasserkocher aus Zimmern und Toilettenpapier soviel wir wollten. Danke Jessica und Lulu. Ich drück dir die Daumen, dass es mit dem Besuch deiner Cousine in Berlin klappt

We stayed for few days, we found the room cozy, comfortable bed. We had good enough breakfast in thethe mornings. The ocean is close with good access to both parts of the island. For us negative is the air conditioner. Each time after the cleaning the aircon was set to 17 degrees. It’s way too cold in any situation. Also the aircon probably needs deep cleaning, the room smells like mold when it was on. Also a big pound of condensation water was waiting each time we arrived back the room. The bathroom is clean, although the hot water often didn’t wanted to come at all or came for a while but then stopped. So it could be good to check it regularly too.

Jessica was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. Everyone was friendly. The parking was especially appreciated since on street parking is rare. Loved the security too. Two minute walk to the ocean made for scenic walks. Two great restaurants close by…”Ondas do Mar” and “José do Rego”

Everyone is very helpful and very nice. The view is great 👍 wifi is fast and strong. Would love to stay here again. If the room is equipped with a mini fridge would be perfect.

Não gostei do quarto atribuído (segundo andar), lado cidade. Tv muito pequena e num ângulo desfavorável à posição da cama o que afeta a qualidade de visualização e imagem. A água quente leva muito tempo a aquecer. Deduzo que será um problema generalizado nos quartos do segundo andar. Ar Condicionado liga mas não funcionou. Vou equacionar uma próxima vez este hotel pois nas anteriores estadias fiquei muito satisfeita no entanto, se a experiência voltar a ser apenas satisfatória, provavelmente não regresso. Pequeno almoço mantém a qualidade para a categoria do hotel. Staff, mantém a simpatia e disponibilidade de sempre.

Sabia da existência do hotel mas nunca tinha optado por este. Até hoje dada a conveniência e propósito da viagem. A verdade é que não me arrependo e muito provavelmente irei regressar. Foi uma reserva efetuada com muita antecedência numa das plataformas digitais, por um valor excelente no entanto, pelo que noto atualmente, sugiro sempre um contato direto com o hotel. Comodidades: Quarto: Simples mas bem equipado. Tem AC, pequeno Frigo (sem mini bar), TV e mobiliário suficiente para acomodação da bagagem etc. Sem fechadura eletrónica. Casa de banho privativa ok Nível de Limpeza: Soberbo. Top !! Staff: Simpático e disponível. Check in: Rápido Estacionamento: Disponível e gratuito. Pequeno Almoço: Muito bom para um hotel de 2 estrelas. Nas redondezas e a uma curtíssima distância: Vista para o mar e dois restaurantes (José do Rego e Ondas do Mar).
