“This tiny beach house was perfect for us. We loved being steps away from the ocean. It was simplistic, but it was incredibly relaxing, and we enjoyed the area which was definitely frequented mostly by locals. Our neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely return. They had loungers on the patio and we did bring them down to the beach, my only criticism would be that it would be nice to have lightweight, regular sand chairs. The barbecue was awesome. “Perfect place for family three nights away with teenagers.We spent most of the days at the pool by the Casa Azul, lovely breeze, never busy, and handy snack bar for drinks and food right there. “Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.”
