Wonderful weekend

This is one of the nicest properties that I have stayed at. It was very clean inside and out! The house is stocked with everything you will need so you only need to bringing yourselves and fun (ok and maybe a little food). The seats at the end of the walkway to the beach are perfect. Even though the day was not perfect to sit there and feel like you are on the beach is wonderful. I would recommend this house for a family or two and I will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure

This was our 5th time staying here and will be back next year. Property is immaculate and the outside patio is perfect place to hang out. Only reason this stay didn’t get 5 stars was a smoke detector that decided to start malfunctioning at 4 in the morning that I had to deal with, minor but it was a pain.

Tranquility at it's best!

The home was beautifully decorated. It was meticulously maintained, warm, inviting, and beachy! The home had everything we needed! It was a great place for our adult children to meet us and gave us the opportunity to relax and catch up! Our dog enjoyed the beach, home and having their family with them. Very dog friendly especially with the fenced in side yard! We couldn't have asked for a better home to accommodate our family. Thank you!

Magical Memories

After friends had a horrific experience with another large rental company, we set out to find one that kept customers coming back. Wren Rentals did not disappoint and we have already recommended them to friends. The house was well equipped with what we needed... and the two washers/dryers were a dream come true! Several times we needed things and Steve came right over - he was very easy to reach and took care of everything. The absolute best part of our stay was the beach. This section of beach is not next to a public access, and so we had the beach to ourselves. It was magical for our 3 daughters and Goldendoodle - we did not want to leave! It was perfect for long walks and runs, as well as digging holes and building pirate ships. The hot tub and gas fireplace make this the perfect location for a winter rental. We had warm and sunny days - as well as cold windy ones - they were all great! We hope to come again and will definitely use Wren Rentals for all future beach stays!

We always love our stay at "plentiful" Sandy Toes

We (my wife, daughter and Coco our Golden) love staying at Sandy Toes. It's the perfect place for us to get-away from it all. The home is well appointed with a nice kitchen and "plenty" of everything you'd need to cook a good meal and the BBQ outside makes it nice for grilling fresh caught fish or local shrimp. The beach is beautiful with hardly anyone on it and our Coco loves digging in the clean sand and jumping the waves. The home has some beach chairs, "plenty" of buckets for sand castles and boogie boards for the surf so we didn't need to bring or buy anything at the Publix store 15 minutes away...and "plenty" of towels to use after the beach or after some time in the hot-tub on the deck watching the clouds or night sky. Although the house might seem small for a larger family or friends...there are "plenty" of bedrooms and beds...TV's...and bathrooms...AND there is always "plenty" of space on the beach. That's why we like Ponte Vedra...it's all about the beach. Wren Beach Rental has some other beautiful properties that we have rented in the past when we needed a home with a bigger "area" inside the house for family and friends...but for us Sandy Toes had plenty of room. Owners keep this house very clean and comfortable and Wren Beach Rentals make it very easy to rent from...as we keep coming back to year after year.

Great House! Very Clean upon Arrival! Awesome!

First I want to say that having David as my point of contact for everything was the BEST! He answered every single question within MINUTES of my emails! I had several emails back and forth to him and he simply was awesome! When considering renting a property site unseen except photos you never know what you are really going to get. The house was spot on with everything! Absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Beach towels, bath towels, linens, blankets, extra pillows you name it it was as the house! Kitchen fully stocked, supplied with paper towels, toilet paper dish detergent, laundry detergent, more than enough for the week. Double washer and dryers could not be beat! Location, fabulous! Quiet, beach to ourselves. Shells galore. Grilling on the deck watching the ocean...need I say more? Hot tub on the deck was superb! What an amazing deluxe hot tub! The ocean was cold, so this was a treat to have! Extra refrigerator in the garage, beach chairs, ocean toys..... It accommodated my elderly parents by having a master on the ground floor. The teenagers loved the bunk bed room and the other set went upstairs to their own private area. But, to recap above what made it even better was the fact that it felt like David was right next door and that no matter what the question was he was able to immediately answer it for me and comfort me in any doubt I might have had. It is not necessarily because of the awesome house experience that I would rent again, but, because of the manager David who took care of everything! Kudos, job well done!

Christmas turned sour by Property Managment

The house is small, old, and the “luxury” listing is a stretch. We checked out on time at 10am. I received an irate phone call from Daphne at 3:46pm. Daphne was irate, saying we broke the dining room table, the coffee table & the glitter wrapping paper we used for Christmas was all over the sofa and I needed to buy her a new one, and her housekeeper had to spend an extra hour cleaning the property. We stripped all the beds, did all the laundry, the dishes and took out the trash. Trash day was written on the refrigerator and it fell on Christmas, we did not receive any notice regarding a new trash day so we put trash out the next day. The day I bought a bunch of fresh flowers from Fresh Market, I came home & could not find 1 vase in the entire home, so I reached out via email, only to receive a snarky comment from Daphne “are you having a party?!” I was decorating for my family. We had issues with cleanliness when we checked in & as you can see a variety of different things. However, it was Christmas week and we were spending time at our families homes in the surrounding areas. After Daphne’s irate phone call, she was going to send me pictures, because I had no idea what she was talking about with all the broken furniture…she never did. However, it being Christmas & having 2 small children I had lots of photos of my family & the furniture. I reached out to VRBO with the situation and sent them all my photos.

The property was gorgeous! Right on the beach with all the amenities. Grill, Hot Tub and open living space for everyone to get together. The property agency was very communicative and open and honest when we had an issue but it was resolved even before we landed. Would highly recommend it again.

Slice of paradise

We wish we could have stayed longer! The space was so relaxing, the beach was secluded and we only saw a handful of people the whole time, and it's a short drive to anything you might need. The hot tub was such a perk and so was having so much space to do laundry. The beach is literally 20 steps away from the back door. We had 4 kids ages 5-10 there and they loved it as much as we did! Thank you so much!

Home away from home

My family and I absolutely loved this property so much! So roomy and cozy and a little bit of the lavish living on ponte vedra! We brought our 1 year old pup who enjoyed the side yard and running on the beach! We cannot wait to come back to sandy toes!

This property is on a very busy road. The beach is very private. The house is nicely remodeled, slightly smaller than it looks online, the beds fill the guest rooms. Nice TV in every bedroom. Well stocked with kitchenware, beach chairs and beach towels. Very soft linens

Glorious weekend reunion!

Sandy Toes was the perfect location for my husband’s long awaited 60th birthday reunion. The property was beautiful and well appointed. It was a short drive to restaurants and entertainment, but still far enough that it did not distract from friends and family just spending time to reconnect. The house had everything we needed and the 5 bedrooms were perfect place for down time. Our property manager was very attentive and made our stay even that much better. Can’t wait to rerun!!
