“Family room sofa beds were broken advised a double but very small, and dirty. No hot water. The housekeeper was waiting to service the rooms at 9am and breakfast had finished.”

“The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. We didn't get chance to use the pool so can't comment on those facilities but what we could see from the window looked good. There was air conditioning in the restaurant but not in our room so that made the room quite hot and stuffy even with the window open. However, there was a fan in the room and that did help a little. “The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. ”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“Spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff. The sofa could do with an upgrade for comfyness. There are some stains on the carpet by the dining table. There's enough utensils, crockery etc and everything works fine; but I think it's a place designed for a short stay. Cellular signal is poor (EE). It is in an excellent spot and it's easy to park in the adjacent public car park and check in your numberplate at the bar so it's free.”

“A nice big room with ample parking. In a quiet location just outside the town. No staff on site but a key lock to each room. Spoke to staff on the phone who were very helpful to check everything was ok. ”
