"We had 3 adults in this cute cottage. It was big enough for us. The bedroom layout was nice separating the 2 rooms. We loved being able to walk to see the ocean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Nice heads up on the parking spot for 38. "

"The property is lovely and in a wonderful area. I was concerned about the smell mentioned in other reviews, but it was totally fine, especially with the A/C on. The upstairs bedroom has a quirky bathroom, with the sink in the hallway and the shower inside the bedroom, but otherwise, all fine. The code lock with a 10digit combination was a big pain for everyone, as the door locks automatically when you close it and then you have to look up the 10digit combo every time. "

"Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!"

"Beautiful Home; Excellent Responsiveness to questions before and during stay; Close to grocery shopping, tourist shopping and "outlet" shopping; Close to restaurants; Home very well stocked with everything that we needed except washcloths (minor oversight); Beautiful beaches; Excellent amenities, such as grill, patio furniture, planted flowers, kayaks, etc. Absolutely a fabulous first trip to Cape Cod!"
