Amazing Texas Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was the highlight of the year! Amazing amount of space, direct access to the beach, and close to local grocery store. Much more private on this side of the ferry. 5 Stars!!!

GREAT LOCATION FOR FAMILY REUNION

Located on the beach and close to stores and restaurants. If you don't mind bunking with others, this is a great house with lots of living areas and a wonderful kitchen. We had 30 family members and really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful home.

Great location, spacious house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: fit 15 comfortably, beautiful view, bar area downstairs with toilet, a little back off the sand so not too much noise. Cons: the four bedrooms upstairs (not bunks) are conjoined so they are not completely private, no sink downstairs for use with toilet and bar. Kitchen lacked serving platters, had only 4 wine glasses, and small trash receptacle in kitchen (8-9 gallon). Had to take out trash every meal and set out trash bags down stairs. Also there was no door/gate separating the two homes. This was concerning for small kids/pets, but fortunately no one was there most of our time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I set up a fishing trip for our clients. Some flew into Texas from around the country. Everyone was impressed and really enjoyed the accommodations. We rented both homes so we had plenty of elbow room even bringing in a local Chef to prepare our meals down below. It was a fantastic spot to bring in clients. My only issue was having to put the sheets on the bed. Given how many beds there are in this rental, we would have happily paid more for that service to be added to our reservation. It was quite taxing as I didn't want our clients to have to do that...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our experience was great! Plenty of room for family and a great location for a wedding. At first glance, the house is bright and new, but the more you stay in there, it could use some maintenance and updating, especially for the rental price you are charged. Management company was quick to answer phones and the maintenance man was on site in a short amount of time and was super nice! Feedback for rental company — Not saying the house is not nice bc it def is, but the houses could use some work for the cost to rent them. For those looking to rent — we would recommend this cabin!
