    BEACH ACCESS: Located on full beach access road.


    3 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)
    ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY OR FRIDAY WITH DEPARTURE OF SUNDAY OR THURSDAY (Depending upon reservations already set in place) For alternate days, please contact our office.

    This home works well with GULF WINDS, BOLIVAR BREEZE, THE COPPERTONE HOUSE, and BOLIVAR DEL MAR, as well as home in the CRENNELAND SUBDIVISION.


    Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Cobb Real Estate cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Overall for the price our stay was good, but there was damage to kitchen floor which someone could easily trip on, the chairs for the upper deck were all broken but 2 and we had to leave the door unlocked our entire stay because we couldn't get it to work and reached out and left a voicemail and never heard back from anyone. Location and proximity to the beach were great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved our 4 night stay! Very quiet area which was a plus with little ones. Plenty of space to spread out and an easy golf cart ride down the path or car ride the opposite direction to the beach. The half bath and fridge downstairs were very convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to book for a family!

There was not adequate seating on the porch. Only 2 outside chairs the rest were broken. The gate on the upstairs porch was broken. The dryer did not work well at all. Took more than 3 times for anything to get close to dry. There were only 4 wash cloths. For 7 people. The layout and location of the house is wonderful. Room sizes are great and the living area was wonderful.

There was some minor issues with the home. Little dirty, some the ceiling fans didn't work. Couldn't locate basic cleaning supplies to keep up the home.

We rented this property for a weekend family getaway, but unfortunately our experience was disrupted by a major issue. On the first night, we discovered bed bugs in the master bedroom. We immediately contacted the rental company, who reached out the next morning during business hours. The representative we spoke with was empathetic and did offer to relocate us, but moving would have further disrupted our short trip, so we chose to stay in the remaining rooms and avoid the master bedroom.While the location of the property was good and check-in was smooth, the bed bug issue was unacceptable and overshadowed the entire stay. The rental company did offer to provide some reimbursement when we went for checkout, but we were told the manager would contact us regarding the compensation. We made several attempts to contact the manager and were told repeatedly they would call us by the end of day. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since our stay and we were never contacted. We hope management takes immediate action to professionally treat the property so that future guests do not have to experience the same problem.
