Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved our 4 night stay! Very quiet area which was a plus with little ones. Plenty of space to spread out and an easy golf cart ride down the path or car ride the opposite direction to the beach. The half bath and fridge downstairs were very convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to book for a family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and guest enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Great location and plenty of space. There was some minor issues with the home. Little dirty, some the ceiling fans didn't work. Couldn't locate basic cleaning supplies to keep up the home.

We rented this property for a weekend family getaway, but unfortunately our experience was disrupted by a major issue. On the first night, we discovered bed bugs in the master bedroom. We immediately contacted the rental company, who reached out the next morning during business hours. The representative we spoke with was empathetic and did offer to relocate us, but moving would have further disrupted our short trip, so we chose to stay in the remaining rooms and avoid the master bedroom.While the location of the property was good and check-in was smooth, the bed bug issue was unacceptable and overshadowed the entire stay. The rental company did offer to provide some reimbursement when we went for checkout, but we were told the manager would contact us regarding the compensation. We made several attempts to contact the manager and were told repeatedly they would call us by the end of day. It has now been nearly 2 weeks since our stay and we were never contacted. We hope management takes immediate action to professionally treat the property so that future guests do not have to experience the same problem.
