We had a great stay at this property. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. It is a great place for a family vacation. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but Tina and Aileen from the management company were excellent to work with and a solution was resolved in a very timely manner.

A beautiful home from home

We have stayed in this area many times as we had our own villa in Rotonda for years . We loved this villa with its boat dock, it had everything we could have possibly wanted ( except a kettle for cups of tea , but we made do boiling a saucepan ) We would highly recommended this to any one wanting a lovely home for a family holiday . Thankyou very much , I'm sure we will return

The subject home was a beautiful home in a very quiet location on a canal. The home was very large, beautifully decorated, and family friendly. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the heating cost was well worth it as the air temps were on the cool side during part of our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a large house in beautiful location in SW Florida!
