Great stay!

The house was comfortable and very clean. Loved the pool area! The management team was great to work with. They answered questions fast and were efficient. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Transparency

Advertising reflected an accurate description of this property. My wife and I felt like we were living at home…everything operational, cleanliness 5-star, pool clean and maintained weekly, bikes and fishing poles available, garage parking available and management quickly responsive to questions or concerns. There wasn’t anything we looked for that wasn’t provided. This home was exactly what we had expected when we booked it. A great alternative to the small, one bathroom hotel room that costs approximately the same amount. My wife and I look forward to returning!

Awesome and Relaxing Vacation

The property was great. The furniture was of class. The kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities. The water was supper hot. However, the management team need to make sure all blinds are secure. Panels were falling off everytime we touch the blinds. I suggest they be replace. Also, make sure pool toys are placed in their proper place and not left out or in the pool. To me this is a sign of not cleaning the area well. Finally, the dock to fish on could use some work. It may need to be placed a little higher. We saw alligators and was afraid to go on the dock. It did not have the stability that we needed, so we were insecure with hetting on the dock to fish. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Beach staycation

This property was really great. We would stay here again. Was very clean, easy check in/out instructions, super close to Gasparilla island. The only cons I can say would be the remotes (every single one) had dead batteries with no replacements and the property management company didn’t instruct us on having to turn the outside water on for the pool, but we figured it out 😉. Again, we would stay here 100%.

Beds are horrible!!

We has such a sore back after the 2nd night we couldn't sleep in the master bed, so we tried the queen bed and we both immediately rolled into the center hole of the bed, we got out and tried the single beds, my husband didn't like them so he went to the couch, I slept there for an hour until I saw this big 2 inch dead cockroch on the floor. by the 3rd night we went and purchased an air bed to sleep on the floor with and finally got a good nights rest. House was nice, but who ever is cleaning needs to do a better job, the washing machine smelt of mold when we went to wash the linins YUK!!

Details

A few details is all it would take. Had to figure out for ourselves that the hot water heater was tuned off. Empty toilet paper rolls on the dispenser. 4 remotes for one tv and the sat remote did not even function. None of this was a big deal, just minor oversites that someone on vacation should not deal with. Outside of that the house was fine.

Owner needs to pay attention to bills

We had no TV because the owner didn’t pay his bill or something like that, when we got TV, we were only allowed certain channels, none of the regular channels like ABC, NBC, CBS, we also had no Internet at first, it was a very aggravating, happy hibiscus, came through, Robert was great
