"Reception staff helpful and kind. Restaurant provided excellent breakfast and evening meals. The gym was small but well laid out with everything I needed. The room was good but lacked a normal table or desk and instead had a weird lounge sofa (totally unnecessary). There was nowhere to eat or use a laptop in the room. I also wish I could've opened a window in my room. The AC was impossible to work out and I much prefer fresh air. The shower was excellent."

"Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. "This hotel was really nice clean and staff was amazing nothing to much trouble they was so helpful, the only thing was the restaurant, we booked a table in the restaurant on the Friday night and had fish and chips, the Fish was Cod but was small and gray and the batter was soggy, I know they boost the restaurant for steak but they need to up the game on the fish, we also had a few light meals off the menu and they was brilliant could not fault them, I don't think MPW would put his name to that...

"This small hotel is a real find and only a 5 minute walk further out of the centre than were used to. It made it for it with excellent attention to detail and good quality room amenities.
