"Average hotel with great beach location and great views from our top floor room and the Mix rooftop bar. Service is inconsistent and not the greatest. Food is average at best and inferior to our experience on the French side of St. Martin. The beach has plenty of beach chairs, but the hotel makes it a challenge to exchange towels by only allowing this at the concierge stand during certain hours - there should be towel kiosks at the beach."

It is a run down mess, it is in a very poor state from cleanliness, beds, smell of mould from AC, to no view, and total misconceptions of what you are getting for a hotel stay. "Breakfast was painfully slow, on one day breakfast took over one hour. The kitchen wither works very slowly or is severely understaffed. The car park didnt have electronic keys available during our 5 days, we had to have the bell hop walk us to car park each time so they could use their car park key to let us out. "

"The owner douvle booked and fid not tell us til a day befors we left. He said he tried to communicate but i received nothing. I was extremely disappointed. Luckily hotels.com helped us get a different locale but it was not what we had initially reserved. Not even close. There were kids. No privacy and far from the beaches and a treacheroud drive every time we left. So disappointed "

"very clean property. the pictures are what you will get. The owner greeted us in person. We had a welcome basket with wine, chips, peanuts etc. Beautiful view of the ocean every morning. The place is a little hard to find if you are not from the island and not the greatest neighborhood, in the sense that it is and old neighborhood but it is very quiet and people are very friendly. Would recommend to anyone!"
