“It is an older property that has had some recent upgrades. The price was right for it's condition and location. A lovely park was across the street and it was about 3/4 of a mile to the small downtown district. Leslie was quick to respond to questions. As a lover of terrazzo, hopefully one day they can have them repaired and polished. The top lock to the front door was missing a key. “The stay in Jupiter at the Kozy Kottage was great - very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant. I stayed with my dogs, and they very much enjoyed the small yard and the ability to be out of their harnesses for a few days. The cottage, while not exactly a 'cottage' as it was a section of the host's home, was very private and pleasant. The bed was comfy, the water was hot, the house felt very homey. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Nettles Island. Were allocated a different house from the booking due to repair work but this one turned out to be also very nice. Nettles Island is a treat with pools locally and a designated beach, and lots of other activities like pickle ball, tennis, mini-golf, billiard. Great place for kids. Exchange with owner was very good and friendly. Anytime again!”

“We were coming to the area to help out with some relatives kids. We asked the owners if this would be okay and they quickly replied that it was. The boy wants us to stay here if we ever visit again. Dan and Shannon are some of the friendliest helpful hosts that we’ve met. Shannon’s mother lives on the property and is also lovely. She invited the boy to swing. As noted in the description, the kitchen and shower are outside so exposed to nature and such. Dan even took the time to write some notes……

“We were looking for a place in Stuart to visit nearby family. This was the perfection location. It was a great area for walking and restaurants close by. A short ride to the beaches and museums. The house was immaculate and well decorated and had everything you needed. The beds were super comfortable and the host was very responsive. We enjoying relaxing here at night as a family of 4 and would definitely return and recommend.”
