Property Details:

INSIDE:
Our home has updated furnishings and a fun beach vibe. It has been completely renovated inside and out.
You will enjoy a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, a 43" TV with Roku, a gulf view and a beautiful private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and gulf view and the second bathroom is just across the hallway with a tub/shower combo.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and quartz countertops and is well equipped to make you feel right at home.
The kitchen bar overlooks the large dining area which is open to the living room with comfy couches and a 55" TV. We have wifi, movies and games for hanging out with the family.

OUTSIDE:
Under the building there is designated covered parking for two vehicles and an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off with after enjoying a day at the beach. Next to the shower is the storage/laundry room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your added convenience.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Reservations are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 people since that is all our home is sized and equipped to accommodate.

EXTRA AMENITIES:
We want your vacation to be special so we provide everything we can think of to make your vacation as carefree as possible.
We supply all your bed and bath linens and basic household supplies. We also have beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, umbrellas, etc. Our goal is to help you just relax and make this a true dream vacation.

*PET FRIENDLY:
Cape San Blas offers some of the only pet friendly beaches around and is a great opportunity to vacation with your furry friend. We have an oversized doggie door that leads to the shaded porch which is gated off so you and your pet can enjoy the Gulf views together.
The pet fee is $185 and we do allow up to 2 pets. It is required you mention your pet(s) and provide specifics upon booking but we do not discriminate on size and types.
It is very important that you do not bring your pet if it cannot be left alone, is not comfortable in a strange place or is not potty trained. It will not be fun for anyone including your pet.
*Please make sure you select you are traveling with pets so the pet fee is added.

CHILDREN:
Please note we do not have special safety precautions setup for children inside or outside our home. We rely on parents to make the determination of what is suitable and to watch their children.
But of course, we do have children's dishes, utensils, games, movies, beach chairs, beach toys and more.

RATES:
All rates have been recently reduced and we offer weekly discounts of 10% - 15% off.
Monthly discounts are always offered from 20% - 30%.
These special rates are calculated through VRBO automatically.

The photos do not do this beautiful place justice! Perfect location, steps to the beach, immaculate house, beautifully updated and decorated. Our dog loved the doggie door that led out to a large porch with an amazing view of the ocean. From the beginning when we were choosing a place to stay through the entire booking process, Emily our host was quick to respond to my questions and was always very friendly and nice. Well stocked with everything you need. Beds were so comfortable! Just a fabulous all around trip!

Best vacation ever

A lot of thought must have been inspired by an experienced traveler to have made sure that we could enjoy the pleasure of a vacation.Everything we needed was already there..we were able to melt into the pleasure of being at the quiet beach which was only steps from the door of our vacation home .

Perfect Spot!

Emily is the best host. Very good at communicating with us and making us feel welcome. Everything we could need was there. Nice bedding and towels. The beach is right there. It was our first time to Cape San Blas and we loved it. Planning to go back and will stay at this same place for sure!

Relaxing and very friendly place to stay

We enjoyed the stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. The house was accommodating with accessories for the beach and pets (if needed). Everyone in town and on the island were super friendly and welcoming to us. The only negatives were the driveway could use a lot of work and the beds seemed to be full size, not Queen.

Great place right by the beach

Very clean, great first impression walking in the door and better as the day goes along, fully equipped...there was nothing we needed that was not already supplied. The inside keeps the beach concept first in mind and undeniable, very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great Pet Friendly Beach Get-away

The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and steps away from to the beach. We loved our stay there but the best part was how pet friendly it was with lots of extras provided if you bring your pet along. The beach at Port St Joe is pet friendly also and we had a great time introducing our pet to the beach. Owner is very responsive to all inquiries and very helpful with area "to-dos". Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome decor, close to beach, dog friendly!

We had a great time, loved the location, steps from the beach. The place is beachy decor, clean, friendly for your pet and had great kitchen, bath and laundry stock. The towels are wonderful, lots of great appliances in kitchen including blender!! Plenty of covered parking and plenty of toys, chairs etc for the beach. We went fishing, riding horses on beach with Rockin Ranch, and enjoyed camp fires at night after sunset!

Closer to the beach than many 'ocean front' properties we've visited.

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. We cooked in a few nights and had every utensil and pan needed. The queen sized bed was super comfy and the description of this unit is not an exaggeration...it really is that close to the beach! We had a wonderful time and the only downside was having to leave. Thank you for a lovely week at the beach!

Neat, well decorated, well stocked with essential items. Had everything for the dog to be comfortable as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys. The only negative thing was the grill was useless.

Very relaxing!

The apartment was so nice, attractive, and supplied so much for us, including our dogs.We really appre iated all the beach supies. Our only real issue was the condition of the road, really needs work done. But we want to thank Emily for working with us, shes great!

Sister time

My sister and I had a great time. Quick walk to toes in the sand and feet in the water. It was great to have everything supplied. Made things so much easier. We felt at home with views of sunrise and sunset. Loved coffee and a book on the porch. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Emily.

Christmas 2023

We had a wonderful Christmas at Emily's condo. The listing was accurate, and she provided everything that you would need for a great beach vacation. Cape san blas and Emily's condo were perfect for our eighteen month old golden retriever, Sailor. She thought the doggie door and back porch were the coolest! Thanks again, we can't wait to return.

Thought of everything!

Oh my word! Emily thought of everything!! Anything beach, entertainment, kids or dogs she has covered!!! Her place was so well kept and decorated! Plenty of extras…paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and laundry soap…even had a bag of ice in the freezer! This was our first trip to the Cape and it was amazing!!! Thanks Emily :))

Immaculate and Well Equipped

Loved how well stocked and updated this home was. Emily was wonderful and checked with us upon move in. She has gone out of her way to make sure you have everything supplied for a very pleasurable stay. We brought so much we didn't even unpack. Great Location with Great Views

Emily's condo is just as described on VRBO! We loved how clean and well decorated the unit was plus all the extras like dog towels, beach chairs, and all the kitchen items you may need Just be sure to bring your favorite coffee for a standard pot of coffee or Keurig pods for single serve cups as there is not a real "coffee shop" near by The sunsets from the back balcony were beautiful and we even caught the sunrise from the front entrance deck We also liked that the entire living space was on one floor so we only had the stairs up to the unit to climb each time we walked to the beach or any of the nearby shops or restaurants And we liked that the walk to the beach was only a short distance from the condo Also the beach is very walkable and our 2 dogs loved the soft sand and calm water We highly recommend this rental

Exceeded my expectations and then some!!! Wow!

My twin 9-year-olds and I came down for fall break and had the most amazing time! Let me first off say that when we walked in, the cleanliness and the owner's "Style" immediately stood out!!! I wish I could decorate that well! Everything was in its place and right where we needed it! We came to Cape San Blas on a recommendation from one of my clients and it did not disappoint! It was not crowded at all and the weather was perfect!! Being so close to the beach allowed me the opportunity to fish both morning and night and be right back in the condo for some relaxing and time with the kiddos! It was even great to get out and explore around the cape! Don't hesitate, because this condo was exactly what we needed! And on a personal note the owner was so kind in all of our communications and responses! We can't wait to go back!
