Great Family Vacation

Property was as described and even exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our pets and it offered a great environment for them with a fenced in backyard. We would highly recommend this location if you are planning a vacation.

Great house and location!!!

Relaxing stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great. Very relaxing and great location. Beach was just a short walk away. House was clean and stocked very well with things you may not think to bring for your stay. Only issue we had was upon arrival there was a surplus of overflowing trash from the guests before us and those prior guests did not have the courtesy to put their trash out at the trash pickup spot with the other houses on the lane that had their trash cans there and ready for pick up as well. I'm not sure that is on this rental agency as much as prior guests not taking pride and responsibility with the property in maintaining the cleanliness and following trash guidelines in the renters guide. Other than that little issue everything was superb and this house was a great choice for us and we had a great time. I will rent again in the future and come back !

perfect beach getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adventures in Paradise was perfect for our "babymoon" with our 2 dogs. The house is very nicely appointed and super clean. The fenced yard and porch in the back made it super easy to let the fur babes out, and we loved having the private pool as well. The beach is just a short walk down the pathway. Overall, this is a 10/10 for us and we would love to stay here again sometime in the future.

The house is very nice and extremely clean (which to me is most important). The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and organized. We enjoyed the beautiful beach view. The walk to the beach is short. We brought wagons which was nice. The pool was great. Our stay was so wonderful we have already booked next year!

Best vacation ever!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I traveled down to Cape San Blas for our daughters spring break vacation. We absolutely fell in love with the property. The added bonus was the property was pet friendly. Would highly recommend this location. The views were just breath taking, was also a short walk to the beach. The property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Our dog loved to lay out on the deck relaxing in the sun, and we loved that everything was gated to keep him contained. Thank you Coastal Joe’s for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back next year.

Family Thanksgiving

Spacious. Clean. Kitchen very well appointed. 9 adults. 3 married couples used the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen has a door to the bathroom but this bathroom would be shared by all because it’s off the kitchen. The other 3 adults shared the top loft floor. There is a bathroom up there also. There are a lot of stairs in this house. The cargo lift was very helpful while unpacking. The back porch is nice if you have pets. The only thing I would caution is a small dog can escape through the bars and the steps leading down to the sandy fenced area have a pretty sizable gap that a curious smaller dog can get through. This house was perfect for our long Thanksgiving weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this home because of the fenced yard for my dogs. We absolutely loved staying here. The Coastal Joe staff was very helpful. This house didn't have a vacuum cleaner so I contacted Coastal Joe. They brought me one to use during my stay the same day. The views from the third deck are stunning. The neighbors (Pat & Dan) are very nice. The only things that I feel would improve the vacation are a curtain or blinds for the sliding door in the living room, dishwasher detergent (they give you one), toilet paper, and more than one trash bag. Also, a couple of high back Adirondack chairs for the upper deck. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The beach was beautiful. The cargo lift was excellent for unloading and loading my car. My dogs and I really enjoyed the time we spent at this house.

Overall, we had the best time in this beautiful home! Coastal Joe's staff are also awesome and very easy to reach and work with and made the rental process a breeze! We will definitely be back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our last minute trip to Cape San Blas! This home was great- a quick walk to the beach and had abundant towels, blankets, comfy beds, and everything you could need in the kitchen. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus for us with our Golden and it was nice to have our own pool as well. We loved being close enough to the Trading Post to walk for donuts, ice cream, etc. The back deck could use some repair work and I would be cautious if you had young kids in your group with nails sticking up. We also purposely did not rent bikes since there was one advertised as available with the home and it was unfortunately not there when we arrived. I also hope the company is honest about construction/building that seems to be very close to starting right behind the house- we saw people in/out all week prepping to build and had a great view of a tipped over port-a-potty right behind the fenced in yard. But overall would definitely stay in this house again and hope to be back soon!

WONERFUL----LOVE Cape San Blas and Adventures in Paradise

This is our 3rd year spending vacations in Oct and Nov of each year here in Cape San Blas and at Adventures in Paradise. It is so hard to leave I wish I could stay here forever. Just a short walk to the beach, fenced it yard and house is wonderful having everything you could ask for. We hope to visit when we can get in the pool as it is usually too cold in Nov & Dec when we get to vacation. Hope to be back in Dec.

Great stay on the cape!

This property is great. Fully stocked with beach gear, kitchen essentials, and games. This was perfect for three families with little ones all under 5. It is a little bit of walk to the community beach access but nothing we hadn’t experienced at the cape before. The pool is great addition to have as well. The cargo lift was a life saver on move in day. The only thing we would advise is that there are no bath tubs for anyones with infants but they do have pull down shower heads. The kitchen sink could also double as a small tub. Just a small note nothing we would have changed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family felt that the beach was farther away than described. There are lots of stairs so if you have issues with stairs, rent a different place. I thought that there were a lot of added charges like $70 for linens? Be sure to take your own towels & wash cloths because few are provided as well as kitchen cloths. The rental could've been cleaned more thoroughly. As in under couches.

Reviewer Comments: The house is really third row from the beach, the walk to the beach is about a football field long. A easy walk to the Weber’s Donut trailer and the local store/gas station. Layout of house was accurate, it does have stairs on all floors, cargo lift worked, only goes to the main level, house was clean, can’t really see the ocean from the mail level porch because of the trees, but can see it from the 3rd or 4th level decks, check in was easy, management company easy to work with, pool was a plus, many beach chairs and beach items provided in the storage room to use. Clean gas grill outside, One of the things needed was a portable ice maker. We always enjoy Weber’s Donuts, cash only and a waiting line everyday. The Piggly Wiggly in Port St Joe is the only major grocery store close by. We cook all our meals and don’t eat out. We would recommend this property, we had 6 adults and 4 kids.

Loved this house !

Reviewer Comments: This house is the best , very comfortable, clean , up to date decor, close to the beach, I am 55 and have arthritis but the walk to the beach was very manageable. The house has all the essentials ,well stocked kitchen, dishes, cookware, storage containers , appliances, coffee pot, Kureg,toaster,blender. My grandkids loved the pool, just wished the pool had lights , we always stayed as late as we could. Beach accessory room has lots of supplies , 3 wheel bike, pool floats, life jackets, beach chairs , sand toys ,body broads and much more. My family of seven had a great week, didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back.
