Great location for beach.

The beds were uncomfortable. The place was well equipped & furnished but not plush! Great access to the beach. Hard to find your location @ night due to no outdoor lighting. They just need to clean a little better & get new mattresses and lights outside.

The beach view was amazing! Location can not be better. But, the property is in need of some serious maintenance. Overall the home felt damp and mildewy and was showing signs of past water damage. Specifically, multiple floor (LVP) planks were missing in the kitchen and the primary bedroom, water spots on the ceiling in the living room, and rusted air vents throughout the house. The wall receptacle in the bathroom of the room facing away from the beach had a burn (prior shorting?); we did not attempt to use it. The faucet for the freestanding tub continually dripped on the floor during use. The primary shower had black grime on all the caulk. All the sliding doors were difficult to open/close (my 7yo could not open the doors himself). The light over the dining room flickered constantly. The dvd player in the living room had no A/V cables connected to the TV so was unusable. All of the beach gear within the storage shed was rusted. The condo community is beautiful, well located with great views and awesome beaches but this unit needs to be freshened up. Premium location and premium pricing but not a premium unit.
