Home was just perfect for the four of us.very clean and comfortable. Beware of the wasp nest in solar light by sidewalk.

Everything was just right for this occasion. Nice home, plenty of space for everyone great yard and location was perfect! We even got to watch a turtle dig and lay eggs under the tree! Really great stay for a happy/ sad memorial trip. Ty!

Really enjoyed this property and experience! My husband and our 6 year old had a nice four night stay. We sadly had a lot of rain during our trip but the covered area out back made up for it! The first day we loaded up the provided wagon (which is an awesome perk) but quickly learned the short walk to the beach became a lot longer with little feet…not a problem at all though, we just shifted to loading up the trunk with our beach supplies the next day and were on the sand within 3 minutes of walking out the door, driving, and unloading the car. Can’t beat that! Great property, great amenities, great price.

My best friend and I go to St. Joe Beach every year so we already love the location. This rental home was perfect for us! Updated, clean, spacious... Check out was super easy. If the yard was fenced and they would allow pets (I didn't look to see since I wasn't bringing them this year), I could see us renting this place every year! But certainly for any of our pet-free vacations, I will be searching for this one again!! I cannot recommend this rental enough!

Beautiful home!!! Fully furnished…..they thought of everything!! Perfect distance from everything!! Peaceful!! Relaxing!! The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave!! 😊

Clean newish rental with good reliable appliances. Nice bedroom layout with plenty of towel racks and hooks to dry your wet items. All the appliances worked wonderfully and easily. My picky family even gave the refrigerator water and ice flavor a thumbs up. I appreciated the coffee maker and plenty of ice being made in the freezer. There is a nice covered area in the back yard where they store beach gear which was incredibly valuable to use and to store our sand covered items during our stay. The location is very close to the beach. It is an easy short, flat walk down the street. Directly across the Highway is an easy beach access walkway. A few drawbacks include: The owner suite bed was incredibly hard. Being a doublewide, all of the walls where very thin but workable. What we missed the most was an outdoor water source to rinse off our feet and sandy items. A couple of maintenance items needed attention, hopefully they will be repaired soon as we made the management company aware. (Owner suite bathroom door didn't latch and 2 smoke detectors were removed and needed reinstalling.) We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again.
