  • A luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath gulf front home in the gated Ovation community of Cape San Blas. Accommodating up to 10 guests; bedding is 2 Kings, 1 queen and 2 twins. This home offers stunning views of the gulf and easy beach access. Guests enjoy private pool at the home as well as resort-style outdoor community space that includes fitness center, tennis courts, community pools on both the gulf and bay side, community boardwalks, and firepit.

    Ocean Mist is located in Ovation, the premier gated community on Cape San Blas. Nestled between the pristine Gulf of Mexico and the tranquil St. Joseph Bay, Ovation offers the best of both worlds: white-sand beaches and calm bay waters ideal for paddleboarding and exploring nature.

    This upscale neighborhood features:

    Two resort-style pools (one bayfront, one Gulf-side)

    Hot tub and fitness center

    Clubhouse with lounge areas and fire pit

    Tennis and pickleball courts

    Boardwalks, nature trails, and observation decks

The amenities there for you to enjoy when available.

Excellent location, excellent amenities. Quiet secure neighborhood close to the State Park. Beach access was close and easy, but might be difficult for someone with physical disabilities due to the amount of stairs. Plenty of parking, plenty of beds, and all the utensils needed for cooking. The only thing I wished we had access to that we didn’t have was a broom. We have been to the Cape many times and we would put this place at the top of our list for next time!
