"The room was fabulous - really clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed , and the reception lady was so lovely and helpful and friendly . Really helped us with the storage of our bags before check in and after we checked out - as we had a late flight back home . "
"The accommodation was well presented great location and provided easy access to all the attractions equally distanced between the station and the main Tower square.
If we had any suggestions to improve on the facilities we would suggest a long/full length mirror and coffee pods to use in the coffee machine provided. As we only stayed 2 nights it wasn’t worth buying pods in bulk to make use of the machine. "
"Nice little air B&B very convenient to the train station and entrance to the Lucca city wall. The owners were super nice people! We had a small refrigerator that allowed us to go to the grocery store and live like Italians during our stay."
"Lucca was a stunning city, and this aparthotel was really conveniently located. It was a beautiful place to stay too, and the host was communicative and made me feel so welcome.
I’d highly recommend staying here!"
"Great hotel with easy self check in, rooms are really spacious and clean. Great location!, really central/ be prepared it is noisy at night from the streets due to location- so bring earplugs."
"The hotel is about 15 minutes walk into Piazza Napolione. Close to supermarket and MC Donalds. It is clearly affordable, clean and fresh with friendly staff. Perfect location if you have a car with free parking."

"Very well positioned hotel, with very helpful and pleasant staff. The breakfast was good and more than adequate. Easy walking distance to the old city, and not too far from the railway station. This was our second visit to this hotel."
"Really convenient access to Lucca and its vacinity. Friendly staff and comfortable room. A very delicious and full-featured breakfast buffet. Dining options for lunch and dinner are best resolved with a trip inside Lucca's walls. The co-located restaurant at Albergo Celide has middling reviews; I didn't try it."
"Very kind staff. Excellent breakfast buffets and backs abolishment all day. Right otjiwde Lucca city center (across street) so you’re next to everything just a little more quiet"
"The door is closed at 7 pm, we had arrived at 8, did not see anything on your site about early closing. So we had to stay at another place. Please reimburse us for this booking. Thank you."
